The property is located on the second floor (house with elevator) with a 3 km seafront promenade.
The entrance hall welcomes you into an elegant living-dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From the kitchen, you access a patio with a washing machine. From the living room, you access a 44 m² patio through panoramic windows, offering splendid views of the beach, the sea, and Alicante.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the balcony, and the other with a double bed, also with panoramic windows to the spacious balcony. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for two more people if additional space is needed.
Another bathroom with a shower is located next to the entrance hall. It has air conditioning, a dishwasher, etc.
Garage space and storage room. Fiber optic internet and satellite TV with several international channels, as well as access to Scandinavian channels and Netflix via Chromecast.
A 15-minute drive/taxi ride from Alicante or the 30-minute bus ride below.

Oerhört nöjd med lägenheten. Lägenheten passar även för två familjer då det fanns två separata toalett och duschrum. Rent och fräsch både i lägenheter och inom området. Väldigt bra service och trevligt personal på poolområdet. Perfekt för en barnfamilj. En nackdel var barnpoolen. Botten och området runt omkring poolen var väldigt trasig. Barnen hade skärsår under fötterna. I övrigt god mat i baren.

Mas Amigos löste min bokning föredömligt då jag hade bokat med för kort varsel och hamnade ett år fram i tiden... I det stora hela ett underbart boende. Några småsaker för ägaren: 1. Önskvärt med dyna till solsäng. 2. Fogrengöring generellt i hela lgh men speciellt i badrummen samt fixa till/kolla över silikontätning (behöver bättras på + begynnande mögelangrepp). 3. Vattenkokaren behöver avkalkas.
