AC is available for comfortable cooling or heating. TV with Scandinavian channels, internet/wi-fi is available. The accommodation has a newly renovated pool area that is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. The building has several restaurants but also a 24-hour shop. Nearby there are many restaurants and a shopping center with Mercadona, Aldo (grocery stores), Jysk, bank, ATM, pharmacy and restaurants, etc.

Just outside the house there is a bus and taxi stop that can take you to the center of Torrevieja. In front of the house there is a playground and further up the street a park with a playground and exercise equipment.
