Bra standard med AC och takfläktar i alla rum. Havsutsikt från en balkong. Trevligt och välskött område. Stort plus att kunna köra på områdets privata väg ända fram till huset, underlättar i och urlastning och man behöver aldrig leta parkering vid boendet.

Väldigt trevligt boende inom ett attraktivt område med lugn närmiljö och samtidigt närhet till stränder och restauranger. Fastigheten har stil och volym samt får särskilt plus för att man via terrasser i olika riktningar alltid kan hitta sol eller skugga. Rent och snyggt samt med all utrustning som man kan tänkas behöva vid en vistelse.
