Más Amigos Bostad rents private holiday homes and acts as an agent between homeowners and tenants.

Important to remember
  • Only the person who made the booking can hand out keys to the accomocation
  • No more people than the agreed number may live there
  • All tenants over the age of 16 must be present at check-in on the day of arrival.
As an intermediary of holiday homes, we ensure that you:
  • Receive a written confirmation of your booking via e-mail
  • Get information about where to pick up the key no later than two weeks before the day of arrival
  • Are informed of any significant changes relating to your booking
  • Can use the accomodation from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure
When is the booking binding?
As soon as you have paid the registration fee for the confirmed booking, it is binding.

When and how should I pay?
The registration fee is paid in accordance with the instructions in the booking confirmation no later than 7 days after it has been sent out. The remaining rent is paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made later than 30 days before the arrival date, the entire rent must be paid as soon as possible.

For rental periods longer than one month, the payment instructions are slightly different, among other things because a deposit must be paid in advance. The deposit is refunded after an approved final inspection and regulation of any overconsumption of electricity and water costs.

What happens if I don't pay on time?
If you do not pay the registration fee within 7 days, we have the right to cancel your booking. If you miss the payment of the rent, it counts as a cancellation on your part and then the cancellation rules apply.

What if I want to cancel?
Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail directly to Más Amigos Bostad. We will confirm the cancellation in writing via e-mail as soon as possible. In case of cancellations that take place more than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee corresponding to the registration fee is paid. For cancellations made 30 days or less before the agreed arrival date, 80% of the rent must be paid.

Seasonal rental
In the case of an ongoing rental agreement that is longer than 75 days, a mutual notice period of 2 months applies.

What rights do I have
In the event of any complaints about the home and its condition, the tenant must submit these as soon as possible after arrival via e-mail to Errors that occur during the stay must be reported immediately so that we have an opportunity to correct them.
The tenant is responsible for his/her actions but also for the people staying in the home during the entire rental period.
Más Amigos Bostad does not take responsibility for the complaints that the tenant may have against the owner of the accomodation, as Mas Amigos only acts as an agent for the owner of the accomodation.

What are my obligations?
The tenant is responsible for specifying their arrival and departure times no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

You must take good care of the home and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply. The tenant is obliged to leave the home in the same condition as when it was occupied. The tenant is financially responsible for all damages that occur to the home or its furnishings as a result of the tenant himself or anyone in the tenant's company being careless or negligent.

You may not use the home for anything other than what was agreed upon at the time of booking and you may not let more people stay overnight in the accomodation than what you stated at the time of booking.

Cleaning, key delivery and sheet washing are handled by special staff and this is paid as an addition to the rental amount by the tenant.

War, natural disasters, strikes etc.
Both you and we have the right to withdraw from the rental agreement if the accommodation cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, longer interruptions in water and energy supply, fire, flood, weather phenomena or other similar major events, which neither you nor we could foresee or affect. In that case, we are obliged to pay back what you paid as soon as possible, with deductions for the time you have now used the accomodation.

POOL may be closed during the winter months or during repairs
SCANDINAVIAN CHANNELS & BROADBAND. We reserve the right for possible interruptions and malfunctions during the rental period. This also includes handling errors.
DISTURBANCES from construction, noise, elevators, traffic, etc. we disclaim responsibility for.
WINTER can be unpredictable and properties in Spain are not winterized in the same way as in Scandinavia. We do not take responsibility for the indoor climate.

Monthly prices only apply during LOW SEASON 1/9 - 31/5. Of course, you can also book weeks during the low season. In high season, only the weekly price applies. Not all homes are rented out with a monthly price. Prices include electricity, gas and water up to a consumption of €100/month for monthly rentals (more than 30 days) and €50/week for weekly rentals.

We are flexible regarding rental periods. Arrival date and departure date can be any day of the week and at any time of the day.

Towels are not included.

In addition to the rental price, the cost of departure cleaning (varies depending on the size of the home), service fee €30 and bed linen rental €10/person is added.
